What have you learnt, overcome, enjoyed, hated , found easy ? 

I have learnt that before I started this I barely walked, ate badly and ate too much.  I used just having a baby as an excuse that I ate fast food and did little exercise.  From the start it has made me fall in love with cooking again and discovering foods that taste amazing and are the right fuel for my body.  I have found managing my two young boys and training/walking difficult at times but with the flexibility of each week it has helped.  Love the fact I still get to enjoy my date nights each month and wine at the weekend.
I’ve overcome hating looking at myself in the mirror at the gym to know being so proud of all my hard work and achievements.
What difference has it made to your life and your families life ? 
We all eat more healthily, we all eat together.  We go out for walks at the weekend which gets us out and about.  And with me feeling much happier and confident in myself I feel like the old me.
Did you feel like you've been on a diet ? 
Even though I am managing what actually goes into my mouth I don’t feel like I’m dieting.  I still go out for meals have my usual treats but what I don’t do now is over eat and over exceed my calories. I actually understand the fuel my body needs and how much of it.
Are you happy with your results and progress?
I am amazed at how different I feel and how my confidence has come back.  My goal was to look good and fit into my outfit for my engagement shoot in Dec and also have my body back after my second baby.  I’m very much on the way to achieving this and I never would of got to where I am without this plan.
Would you recommend this to someone who has the same fitness goals as you ? 
If you want to become healthier lose weight and tone sensibly and with such great support then this definitely is a must do.  I really don’t think my fitness journey would of been as easy as it has been and made me want to continue with this all even after 12 weeks has been done without the group support and Jonathan’s check ins.
When I first started I didn’t know if I was going to enjoy this or complete the 12 weeks and now I’m devastated it’s going to be coming to an end.  I will totally be continuing with this change of lifestyle as it’s fun, flexible and you can see the difference inside yourself.  It also pushes you to challenge yourself and see how far you can go, my biggest challenge at times was ignoring my mind telling me I couldn’t do the last set or up my weights but I did it and I smiled at myself!!!

I applied for the 12 week fat loss plan because I was stuck in a rut. I'd taken my eye off watching my nutrition and had completely fallen out of love with the gym.

Jonathan posted this opportunity and I thought I'd give it a go and see what happens. For me, it has been a fun, interesting experience.

The workouts and targets Jonathan set have been really enjoyable and reignited my love for the gym - through the knowledge I've developed on the programme, I now feel confident in adding extra exercises in to the workout if I want to do more, although the workout plans themselves often prove to be enough.

For me the nutrition journey has been massive- I though I ate quite healthily until I started tracking my macros and realised I was a carb fiend! Through this programme and weekly coaching from Jonathan I've taken full control of my nutrition but really don't feel like I'm on a diet. I still enjoy food but this programme has changed my mindset with food and I now view it more as fuel for my body than anything else.

The support we've had on the programme has been fantastic. The weekly check ins with Jonathan have been a great help on keeping me on track as has the support of the other ladies undertaking the programme.

In the Facebook group we've had a lot of fun and it's been great undertaking this journey with others. I've really enjoyed the programme and will be sad when it comes to an end. Its flown by and I can't believe we're almost at the end of it already. I'm so pleased I undertook the programme and it's been an amazing start to my fitness journey.

The 12 week plan has been great and I will be sad to see it come to an end however it certainly won't be the end of my fitness journey it has just encouraged the start. It is easy to follow and the support from Jonathan and the connection with the others taking part has been amazing it's like being part of a little community which pushes you to do your best. It has given me confidence, allowed me to learn what is good nutrition and how to manage my nutrition. I have never felt hungry or craved bad things as you can allow for treats and special occasions. I've loved the fitness plans that have been put in place weekly and always get excited to see what is in store for us week by week.
