Why have I started a free trial offer, for one of my boot camps ?

I want to be able to show more people how to do a full body weight training workout combined with a HIIT circuit (High Intense Interval Training) which we do at the end.

Who are these designed for ?

I started these boot camps to get people results from training, changing their nutrition and mindset.
I have trained lots of women in the past year, seen some good progress and great results.
You don't have to be an athlete or super-fit, you will be pushed but safely, effectively and trained hard.
If you're a beginner, want to lose weight, need motivating, you have hit a plateau with your progress, you want results or you want to learn more about training and nutrition then these are designed to help you.

What makes these boot camps different from any others ?

The boot camps aren't generic each week although I do concentrate on hitting the biceps, chest, back, triceps, shoulders, legs, glutes and abs but it's not always the same set routine.

I like to mix it up!

I might change certain variables such as time training, number of sets, type of sets, weight, rest, active rest etc.
The HIIT circuit at the end is 6 or more different exercises 20-30seconds working and 10seconds rest x 3.

Each boot camp will last for one hour.

I weigh those that have signed up and who are following their specific nutritional advice each week to make sure they're on plan then more help will be given throughout.

How much is it normally ?

The first time is free on a Thursday for those who want to take part after that it's £6 a session or 10 sessions for £50 this will include a free fitness assessment, consultation plus nutritional advice at the start normally charged at £35.
You will be personally emailed all data taken, advice and before photos.

If you follow the nutritional advice and the other advice given you will start to see results again this will be personally emailed to you.

The ten session do not have to be used consecutively over a ten week period it's up to you how you use these sessions some people come 2-3 times a week.

Is there a limit to how many people can attend ?

Yes there's a limit to 10 people per boot camp on the odd occasion there has been more but I like to keep the boot camps limited to just 10 people max to ensure a high level of teaching and service is delivered also I make sure each person gets a good workout and is trained hard safely.

How many boot camps are on a week ?

I currently run 5 a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (corporate one) and Saturday morning. The events are always posted on this page on a Saturday for people to see where they will be training, day, time and how many people will be attending.
